TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOFTUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF LOFTUS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LOFTUS FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY LAW.
